Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use different carriers for shipments in Denmark and all other countries within the EU. We work with carriers like: Postnord, DHL (outside Denmark), Dao & more. We will choose the carrier on cheapest price and fastest delivery time based on the shipping address.
- Denmark: 1-5 working days on Sjælland after we have notified you regarding shipment and 3-7 working days rest of Denmark.
- EU: 4-10 working days after we have notified you regarding shipment.
For deliveries outside of Denmark, the given country’s postal service will deliver the package to a Parcel shop in EU or your Home address , the nearest Parcel shop based on the shipping address. The postal service will leave a notification where it arrives and where you can pick up your package.
Postnord delivers to Pakkeshop in Denmark or EU, it will be the nearest Pakkeshop/pick-up point based on the shipping address.
If you would like a private delivery you will have to notify us by email, to hear if this is possible !
important notice:
With problems with the delivery our delivery partner will have up to 10 days to search or finish the case.
This is from when they are notified about the missing delivery.

Orders in USA/Canada:
Shipment for all orders 399-599 dkk
Ordrer til lande uden for EU kan være pålagt import moms, told og andre gebyrer. Disse omkostninger dækkes af modtageren. Eventuelle import moms, told og gebyrer opkræves af lokale myndigheder og betales direkte af modtageren. Disse omkostninger refunderes ikke af Kyoto ved returnering eller uafhentede pakker.
