We offer a 14-day return policy, so you can be sure of your purchase.
You can hand in the store on Istedgade or use the return portal at the bottom of the page if the item must be sent.
There will be 1-3 days processing time after receipt of your return.
The return amount will be returned to the payment method that has been used.
It may take up to 14 working days before the amount is back in your account, this depends on which bank you use

We are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00.
How do I make a return?
We offer a 14-day return policy so you can be sure of your purchase, you can hand in at the store on Istedgade or use the return portal at the bottom of the page if the item needs to be shipped, there will be 1-3 days processing time after receiving your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Items cannot be exchanged, a new web order must be placed here, but in the store on Istedgade, items can be exchanged for a different size if desired, however, this must be done in person.
