Back then, Kristian worked at the streetwear store Eightball in the city center, and one random day he decided to cycle a different route to work.

He passed through Istedgade, as he had always had a soft spot for Vesterbro. He saw a 'for sale' sign and thought it looked interesting. He loved the space, invested almost everything he owned, and took the leap. That was the start of his journey as an entrepreneur. Three months later, on December 13, 2001, he opened the doors to his own shop.

From the start, the shop was purely a menswear store focused on jeans, strongly inspired by the Japanese approach to denim. With the development of Istedgade and Vesterbro, the shop grew, and in 2008, Kristian expanded the business. He had long coveted the space that was now for sale across the street. From there, even more brands were added to the assortment, along with a separate department for women's wear and sneakers.

During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, we were forced to rethink our approach. We had no webshop, but in just 14 days, we transitioned the business into an online platform to ensure our survival. Today, we look back and acknowledge how important that decision was. It turned out to be an excellent idea to make our shop accessible online.
