Returns & Exchanges

We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

If you wish to return an item, our return portal will guide you through the entire process.

RETURN PORTAL (Denmark only)

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to our Return Portal – use your email and order number to find your order.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Choose between:
    1. Refund to the original payment method
    2. Exchange for a gift card (return shipping is free). If the gift card is later redeemed for a cash refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
    3. Exchange for another item.
    4. You will then receive an email with a QR code for your return label. The QR code can be scanned at any PostNord parcel shop, where they will print the return label for you. We also send the label directly if you prefer to print it yourself.
