Barbour x KYOTO
Made for everyday life
Rasmus Botoft and Lisbeth Wulff are two familiar faces in Danish film and comedy, but for us, they are also part of the neighbourhood. Both live in Vesterbro and have been coming to KYOTO throughout the 24 years we have been part of Istedgade.
That connection made the collaboration feel natural. Barbour is a brand they both genuinely identify with – timeless, functional and made to be worn rather than simply styled.
For this campaign, we brought the two together with Barbour outside the city, creating a story built around personality, familiarity and clothes that become better the more they are lived in.

Built for life outside
Barbour has built its identity around functional outerwear, British heritage and pieces designed to last far beyond a single season. It is a brand both Rasmus and Lisbeth naturally identify with, making the meeting between talent, brand and KYOTO feel effortless.
Shot at Vognserup Gods, the campaign takes Barbour out of the city and into a setting shaped by open landscapes, old architecture and changing weather. The result is a story about character, timeless clothing and pieces made to be lived in.
